The conference invites members of the government, technology leaders in Vietnam to discuss the 10-year Digital Transformation Program of the country. On this occasion, Céline CHARPIOT, CEO of LINAGORA Vietnam was the only foreign company to speak and made proposals for an increasing use of Open Source to support the digital transformation of the country.
