Trust by design et GoodTechForGood

In late 2020, LINAGORA is transitioning to a "Hybrid Remote" model inspired by GitLab .inc., this means changing our managerial model with the "Trust by design" as the number one rule.

LINAGORA is also transforming itself into a company with a mission to put people,
society and the planet at the center of its strategy and concerns. We are also making a commitment to become a carbon-neutral company by 2025 and giving ourselves the goal of offsetting all our CO2 emissions, since inception, by 2030.
These are major changes.

LINAGORA is developing GoodTechForGood and is a signatory to the TechForGood initiative launched by President Emmanuel Macron in 2018.

Have a strong impact on the Free Software communities

LINAGORA is alongside many associations and initiatives promoting Free Software in France. We are in all the events, in contact with the communities.

In September 2019, we were the only French company to participate in the Open Core Summit in San Francisco, which brought together the main economic players in Open Source to exchange on market developments and business models. We were also involved in organizing the French version on April 2 and 3, 2020, which was cancelled due to the COVID-19 crisis.

We don't just develop contacts, we are ourselves actors of the community, initiating discussions and movements.
