Like a major computer engineering and maintenance company, LINAGORA has set up a whole of methods and tools suit to manage at best your projects of industrialization of Open source solutions.
Our project directors base their work on the methodological frame MARAP (Method of success insurance and project progress) of LINAGORA.
LINAGORA has also set up a methodology of customer satisfaction measurement. Genuine tool of dialogue for piloting committees, this approach makes it possible for LINAGORA to adapt, in the course of the project, its operating mode, its technical skills and its managing processes in order to be ensured of the success of the project.
All these methodological elements and follow-up tools are specified in our general PAQ (Quality Insurance Plan) which is customized for each project that we carry out.
