A real community involvement

True to its commitment to the open source community, LINAGORA also chose to recruit Sophie Gautier, OpenOffice.org expert, member of the Community Council and head of the French localization. With a thorough knowledge of the management of communities, but especially the OpenOffice.org project, its role in LINAGORA is a part of supporting businesses and organizations at all levels of migration and on the other to involve these companies in a more active participation in the OpenOffice.org project, becoming both the customers but also contributors to the project.

LINAGORA is in good shape and know the fact. With more than 160 people, offices in France (Paris, Lyon, Toulouse and Marseille), Belgium and the United States, LINAGORA is one of the major market of free software.

Despite a period of gloom, LINAGORA confirms continued growth of its activities and ended the year with an order book full of numbers and records.

Thus, to support its rapid growth, the group plans to recruit 2009 more than 120 new employees. Beginners and experienced, each profile has its place in the great adventure of the Free.
